After huge success with our 4A-J160 6spd RWD kits, we looked for the next new Toyota engine that embraced lightweight, high revving excitement suited to smaller RWD vehicles. After a solid couple years of development our 2ZZ-GE RWD Kits are now available. We have found these engines to be able to produce 200hp like the 3SGE Beams engines, except 45kg less.
- Fits all 2ZZ & 1ZZ Toyota engines, and adapts to the Toyota SXE10 (Aisin 3SGE J160) 6spd RWD transmission. Allows use of any ZZ series flywheel and clutch cover with an OEM 215mm clutch disc to suit the larger J160 input spline. A full OEM liteace clutch kit is also available to match the J160 series input spline is provided in the kit (Part number provided)
- Uses OEM J160 clutch fork, pivot bolt & slave cylinder. Uses OEM auto or manual starter motor.
PLEASE NOTE:
Use of this kit requires the J160 bellhousing face to be machined down by an engineer. Full instructions come with the kit & usual cost is around the NZ$100 mark (we can do this if required) The reason we do this is to allow full proper engagement of the spigot shaft and input spline into the spigot bearing & clutch plate. This also gives more room around the bellhousing in tighter conversions and allows removal of gearbox ‘incar’ without removing the engine.

- 1x Niteparts 2ZZ-J160 CNC Billet Adaptor Plate with dowels fitted
- 1x Niteparts Billet Release Bearing Carrier
- 1x Spigot bearing
- 1x Zinc dipped Hexbolt Kit

DHL Express Service is usually 4-6 days worldwide, often less. Our US shipping price is discounted. Puerto Rico unfortunately is out of this discount zone, but shipping is cheaper if multiple items are sent.
