Refund policy

Niteparts does not accept any returns or refunds based on change of mind or any issues arising from improper installation or damage.  Please select the products very carefully and ensure that it is the correct product for you and your vehicle prior to making any orders. 

All Niteparts products are warrantied for 6 months from date of purchase against manufacturer defects  and warranty only extends to replacement or reinbursement of the paid value of the Niteparts product. No compensation is offered or given to any other associated costs of labour or damage.

Niteparts are not obligated to provide refunds or exchanges on products where the incorrect selection has been made by the customer, however a suitable replacement for correct application will be offered where possible. Customer will be liable for shipping return and replacement product shipping costs.

If Niteparts provides any return on orders for you out of good will, a restock fee of 30% of your order value will apply at our discretion. 

All returns not dealt with via exchange will receive store credit.

No Returns will be accepted on special order items. Special order items will be deemed to be non stock items. I.E Items ordered specially for customer. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If your return is accepted, we will send shipping details for you return items to. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
